این ویلا یکخوابه با امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی، ایرهاکی و حیاطی دلباز به همراه آتشدان و فضای نشستن در روستای مهرچین واقع شده است که با شهر ملارد حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان به صورت شبانه در محوطه حضور دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا قابل دسترس است.
آب مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق منبع آب 1000 لیتری تامین می گردد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند، همچنین سوخت مصرفی نیز از طریق مخزن تامین می شود.
