این سوئیت مبله یکخوابه با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی، مجاور ساختمان و خانه ویلایی دیگر در روستای کلیدبر واقع شده است که حدود 4 کیلومتر تا طاهرگوراب و حدود 15 کیلومتر تا شهر صومعه سرا و ماسال فاصله دارد.
اطراف محوطه از چهارطرف با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان گاهی اوقات در خانه ویلایی موجود در محوطه حضور خواهد داشت، دروازه ورودی و محوطه به صورت مشترک با میزبان و واحدهای دیگر قابل استفاده می باشد.
