ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم آشپرخانه، 3 اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار دارد. در طبقه سوم نیز نشیمن، میز ایرهاکی، دو اتاق خواب، آشپزخانه و تراس تعبیه شده است.
محوطه شهرک به صورت مشترک با دیگر ویلاها در اختیار مهمانان است، همچنین به منظور برقراری و حفظ امنیت، شهرک دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته می باشد.
توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
