این سوئیت سنتی با صبحانه رایگان یکی از واحد های یک اقامتگاه بومگردی سه واحدی بازسازی شده می باشد که در جاده خشکبیجار و در روستای خوش آب و هوای مشکاپشت واقع شده است که حدود 9 کیلومتر با شهر خمام فاصله دارد.
این سوئیت 25 متری (فاقد امکانات پخت و پز) دارای تخت دو نفره، بخاری، کولر، حمام با فرنگی می باشد و از مشاعات این واحد می توان به ایوان، حیاط و باربیکیو، اشپزخانه واقع روی تلار، یخچال اشاره نمود.
حیاط این اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی که به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها استفاده می شود به دوربین مداربسته مجهز می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است، همچنین یک سگ نگهبان وفادار و مهربان در محوطه این خانه باغ نوستالژی و سنتی زندگی میکند.
در نظر داشته باشید صبحانه رایگان در این واحد از ساعت 8 الی 10 صبح در تلار اقامتگاه سرو می گردد.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
