این کلبه دو خوابه با طراحی چوبی، وان جکوزی و نمای شیشه ای در منطقه ای دنج و سرسبز از محله خرفکوره و با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از شهر ماسال واقع شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و مستر می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط اقامتگاه از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند، همچنین امکان سفارش لبنیات و محصولات محلی با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای مهمانان فراهم است.
