این ویلای دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و محوطه سازی شده، به همراه امکاناتی نظیر استخر، میز فوتبال دستی و پینگ پنگ و تاب دو نفره در منطقه فردیس شهر کرج واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، فوتبال دستی ،آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب می باشد، حمام و سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید ویلا دارای یک اتاق خواب سوم نیز می باشد که اقامتگاه دارای یک اتاق خواب سوم نیز بوده که در حال حاضر قفل و غیر قابل استفاده می باشد.
وجود میز و صندلی در فضای مسقف کنار استخر و تاب دو نفره و میز پینگ پنگ فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب نشینی و سرگرمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم آورده است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف دیوارکشی شده و محصور است و سرایدار در ابتدای ورودی ویلا در واحدی جداگانه مستقر است که بعد از تحویل دادن ویلا به مهمان از محوطه خارج می شود.
