این سوئیت به همراه جکوزی و تراسی با چشم انداز کوه در روستای خوش آب و هوای فیروزجاه ثابت واقع شده است که با شهر بابل حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه همکف (به روی شیب) یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد که دارای فضای نشیمن، آشپزخانه و حمام می باشد و سرویس ایرانی در تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در برخی از مواقع در طبقه بالا حضور دارد اما جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است تنها حدود 40 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
