The host resides on the first floor, and the entrance gate and courtyard are shared with the host and residents of other units, available to guests. For greater security, the building is equipped with CCTV cameras overlooking the courtyard and surrounding area.
The courtyard is enclosed by a wall, and dear guests have access to a supermarket and bakery approximately 200 meters away for their daily needs.
