This wooden, duplex cottage features two bedrooms and is accessible via approximately 18 steps. It offers amenities such as two spacious balconies with beautiful views of nature and the sea, a gazebo, a fire pit, and a foosball table. It is located in the forested and pleasant climate region of Kataleh, about 8 km from Ramsar city.
The cottage is designed with a foosball table on the ground floor. Via approximately 18 steps, the first floor features a living room, kitchen, Western toilet, and bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a Western toilet. Please note that the cottage does not have an Iranian (squat) toilet.
The presence of a garden full of orange trees and a gazebo in the spacious grounds of the cottage provides an attractive and pleasant space for evening gatherings and get-togethers for our esteemed guests.
The cottage grounds are enclosed by a wall, and the host resides in the neighborhood. Additionally, to ensure and maintain the security of the accommodation, it is equipped with CCTV cameras covering the entrance gate, grounds, and parking area.
For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling a distance of approximately 200 meters to one kilometer.
The quality of mobile network lines for two operators, Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell, is good for calls, and internet coverage is 3G.
