این باغ ویلا سه خوابه در روستای یالو واقع شده است که حدود 10 کیلومتر با شهر گرگان فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این باغ ویلا می توان به فضای بازی بزرگسالان، فضای بازی کودکان شامل تاب، سرسره و استخر بادی و محوطه 2500 متری دلباز همراه با لوکیشن های جذاب به جهت عکاسی اشاره کرد.
این مجموعه باغی متشکل از دو ساختمان با سبک‌ های معماری متفاوت می باشد که به صورت دربست در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد؛ ساختمان اول با طراحی سنتی و کاهگلی که طبقه پایین آن دارای یک اتاق خواب سنتی مجهز به تلویزیون، یخچال هتلی، بخاری گازی، اسپیلت و ایوان می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب سنتی دیگر مجهز به تلویزیون، یخچال هتلی، بخاری گازی و ایوان دنج قرار دارد، همچنین حمام، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی در ایوان طبقه همکف تعبیه شده است.
در ساختمان دوم که دارای معماری مدرن می باشد در ایوان طبقه پایین فضای بازی مجهز به ایرهاکی، فوتبالدستی و پینگ پنگ قرار دارد و طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 10 پله دارای سالن نشمین، آشپرخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و بالکن دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی و تاب ریلکسی می باشد، همچنین تنها حمام این ساختمان، در اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط دلباز با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی ویلا مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود سه الی چهار کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
