این اتاق نقلی با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه اول مجموعه ای به همراه ارائه کلیه خدمات تخصصی ماساژ و محوطه ای دلباز در روستای دولت آباد و 15 کیلومتری گرمسار و بیمارستان معتمدی قرار دارد.
طراحی اقامتگاه به گونه ای است که فاقد آشپزخانه می باشد اما حمام با سرویس فرنگی به صورت اختصاصی در اتاق تعبیه شد.
ارائه کلیه خدمات تخصصی ماساژ در سوئیت ها با پرداخت جداگانه و هماهنگی یک روز زودتر با میزبان فراهم است، همچنین مجموعه با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان 24 ساعته در حیاط سکونت دارد ، جهت امنیت بیشتر مشاعات به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است.
لازم به ذکر است سرو غذا در سه وعده صبحانه، ناهار، شام با هماهنگی و پرداخت هزینه امکان پذیر است.
