این کلبه چوبی دو خوابه با دسترسی حدود 16 پله در طبقه دوم یک کلبه دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای خروم قرار دارد که با ماسال حدود 14 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و بالکنی دنج می باشد، همچنین تنها حمام این واحد در یکی از اتاق خواب ها قرار دارد.
اطراف محوطه کلبه با حصار چوبی محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین لازم به ذکر است چهار کلبه دیگر در این محوطه قرار دارند و حیاط به صورت مشترک با بقیه مهمانان استفاده می شود.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با پیمودن حدود 500 متر به سوپرمارکت و حدود 2 کیلومتر به نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
وضعیت خطوط شبکه تلفن همراه برای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و کیفیت پوشش اینترنت برای اپراتور همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد ولی ایرانسل از پوشش اینترنت ضعیف تری برخوردار است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 300 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت بتن ریزی شده و حدود 400 متر به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
بام سبز ماسال، ییلاقات زیبای اولسبلانگاه و سوچاله با چشم انداز اقیانوس ابر و چشمه های خروشان تنها بخشی از جاذبه های دیدنی ماسال زیبا است.
