این ویلای دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است با امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، پل چوبی متصل به آلاچیق، میز پینگ پنگ و حیاطی دلباز و محوطه سازی شده با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از سنگر در روستای پیشکنار واقع شده است که با شهر رشت حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا در طبقه پایین دارای استخر، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی و در طبقه بالا داری سینمای خانگی، پل چوبی (که انتهای آن به آلاچیقی درختی متصل می شود) و تراس می باشد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط از چهارطرف با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
