محوطه اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در ساختمان سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سرایدار استفاده می شود.
لازم به ذکر است که آب مصرفی این منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود که مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
