این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و محوطه سازی شده در روستای چوکام واقع شده است که با شهر خمام حدود 5 کیلومتر و با شهر رشت حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه خانه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در اکثر مواقع در نزدیکی حضور دارد.
