اطراف محوطه با دیوار محصور است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و راه پله به صورت مستقل در اختیار مهمانان می باشد. واحد تجاری میزبان نیز مجاور سوئیت قرار دارد.
