این واحد مبله یکخوابه با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه سه واحدی دارای تراس دلباز و حیاطی پلکانی (حدود 5 پله) در روستای خوش آب و هوای شیردارکلا واقع شده است که با شهر شیرگاه حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط از سه طرف با فنس و طرف دیگر با دیوار محصور شده و دروازه ورودی و حیاط با مهمانان واحد های دیگر به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از واحد استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
سد سنبل رود، سد لفور، آبشار اسکلیم، هفت آبشار تیرکن از جاذبه های طبیعی و گردشگری نزدیک به این اقامتگاه می باشد.
