این ویلا سه خوابه که دو اتاق آن مستر است با امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، سیستم صوتی، آلاچیق و حیاطی دلباز و طراحی شده در شهرک زعفرانیه با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از کردان و 30 کیلومتری از کرج واقع شده است.
ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس فرنگی با ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا اتاق خواب سوم با طراحی چوبی و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری از اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
