این کلبه یکخوابه به همراه جکوزی، طراحی چوبی رو به چشم انداز زیبا در منطقه ییلاقی و کوهستانی با آب و هوای دلنشین در روستای شانه تراس واقع شده است و تا شهر تنکابن حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 6 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، جکوزی با دوش و سرویس فرنگی، حمام و سرویس ایرانی است و در طبقه بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب بدون در می باشد.
