این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای جفرود پایین واقع شده است که با منطقه آزاد کاسپین حدود 3 کیلومتر و با شهر بندرانزلی حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
