This one-bedroom Swiss cottage has a pool, terrace, and a spacious yard in the Alaman neighborhood, approximately 7 km from the beautiful city of Rasht.
The design of this cottage is such that the lower floor has a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a Western toilet, and the upper floor has one bedroom without a door and a balcony. There is also an Iranian toilet in the yard.
The area around the cottage is fenced, and for greater security, the entrance gate and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras. It should be noted that the camera overlooking the pool is covered with a cover before the guest arrives.
Dear guests can use the supermarket and bakery 100 meters from the cottage for their daily needs.
It should be noted that the tap water in the area is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water with you.
