این واحد 30 متری در مجاورت واحد های دیگر با حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای چفت سر آکند و با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر ساری واقع شده است.
این واحد فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است ولی مهمانان می توانند از آشپزخانه مرکزی مجموعه با هماهنگی قبلی استفاده نمایند.
محوطه زیبای این مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان نیز در محوطه مستقر است، همچنین ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد.
گفتنی است به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی، محوطه و مشاعات مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
