این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد به همراه حیاطی دلنشین، بالکن و بامی دلباز در روستای چپرپرد زمان شهر خشکبیجار واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر و با منطقه آزاد انزلی حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به صورتی است که در طبقه اول پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی قرار دارد، همچنین در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب به همراه بالکن و سرویس فرنگی با حمام قرار گرفته است و بام این ویلا نیز از طبقه دوم قابل دسترسی می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن همراه داشته باشند.
محوطه اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر دورازه ورودی و محوطه ویلا مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 60 متر و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند. کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه نیز برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g است و اپراتور همراه اول از کیفیت پایین تری برخوردار است.
از جمله جاذبه های این منطقه می توان به سواحل زیبای دریا ، اسکله بندر انزلی ، تالاب ، منطقه آزاد کاسپین ، تالاب امیرکلایه و . . . اشاره کرد.
