این ویلای یکخوابه مستر دارای استخر روباز، آتشدان، میز فوتبال دستی با حیاطی دلباز مجهز به آتشکده و محوطه سازی شده در حدود 500 متری روستای انجم آباد واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهریار حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است گه دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب به همراه سرویس فرنگی و حمام است و همچنین سرویس ایرانی در پذیرایی قرار دارد، لازم به ذکر است تنها حمام ویلا در اتاق خواب قرار دارد و یک دوش در کنار استخر طراحی شده
همچنین حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در کوچه سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایید.
