این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای کرنگ کفتر واقع شده است که تا شهر گالیکش حدود 23 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
با توجه به شیب زمین بعد از پارک ماشین در حیاط و پیمودن حدود 4 پله به سمت پایین به خانه دسترسی خواهید داشت.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که با دسترسی حدود 4 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، ایوان، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد، همچنین سرویس ایرانی با حمام واحد در حیاط و سرویس فرنگی با حمام در ایوان تعبیه شده است، ضمنا سرویس ایرانی با حمام بصورت مشترک با واحد دیگر می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین محوطه بصورت مشترک با واحد دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
سفارش وعده های غذایی صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 10 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
