اطراف محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در طبقه زیرهمکف همین ساختمان سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط اقامتگاه به صورت مشترک با واحد طبقه همکف استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی نیز می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن حدود 100 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
