این خانه ویلایی با حیاط دلباز در روستای اشکمجان پهلو واقع شده است که تا شهر سیاهکل حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه بر روی شیب زمین بنا شده و طراحی آن به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف با دسترسی حدود 6 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 7 پله یک اتاق خواب فاقد درب قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، ضمنا در حیاط یک استخر نیمه ساخت قرار دارد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در قسمتی از حیاط تعدادی مرغ و جوجه نگهداری می شود که تداعی گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود. همچنین یک سگ مهربان و وفادار در محوطه خانه زندگی می کند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد، همچنین وای فای بصورت رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
