این خانه مبله دو خوابه به همراه بالکنی دنج رو به منظره ای زیبا در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در روستای خانقاه سفلی با فاصله نزدیک از جنگل فندقلو و در فاصله 20 کیلومتری اردبیل واقع شده است.
حیاط ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده، میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف با دروازه ورودی مجزا سکونت دارد و همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط به دروبین مداربسته مجهز شده است.
برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایید.
