این ویلای تریبلکس و 5 خوابه که دو اتاق خواب ان مستر است با حیاطی دلباز و محوطه سازی شده و امکانات متنوع در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از کردان در منطقه کوهسار واقع شده است که حدود 40 کیلومتر با ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
این ویلا که دارای حیاطی با طراحی گودال باغچه بوده و به آسانسور داخلی مجهز است، در طبقه زیر همکف با دسترسی حدود 5 پله رو به پایین دارای سالن ورزشی مجهز به میز فوتبال دستی و سالن موزیک می باشد، در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و فضای ورودی لاندری و راه پله و گلخانه قرار دارد و در طبقه اول نشیمن، سه اتاق خواب (یک اتاق خواب مستر) واقع شده است و در طبقه دوم نیز یک اتاق 20 متری با سقف بلند چوبی که دارای حمام و سرویس فرنگی و ورودی بهار خواب قرار دارد.
وجود گلخانه ،تونل سبز و کلکسیون گیاهان رونده، باغچه گیاهان دارویی و دمنوش،4 عدد آبشار و آبنما گودال باغچه ،حوضچه گیاهان آبی، برکه مدرن با کف شیشه ای که در ان لاکپشت و ماهی نگه داری می شود و 40 نوع درخت میوه خاص محل ویژه نگهداری انواع حیوانات خانگی و آتشدان فضایی جذاب و منحصر به فرد را جهت شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم اورده است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف دیوارکشی شده و محصور است و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین یک سوئیت مستقل و کامل در حیاط قرار دارد که با هماهنگی و پرداخت هزینه قابل استفاده است.
به منظور برقراری و حفظ امنیت اقامتگاه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که دروازه ورودی و کل محوطه را پوشش می دهد، در نظر داشته باشید استخر دارای پرده بوده که باعث میشود دوربینی به ان مشرف نباشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
برگزاری موزیک زنده و تور گیاه شناسی و معماری با هماهنگی و هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
با توجه به وجود آسانسور و داشتن سرویس فرنگی این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و عزیزان دارای معلولیت جسمی می باشد.
