The design of this villa is such that the indoor pool is located on the basement level, which can be accessed by guests from both the living room and the courtyard. On the ground floor (with access via approximately 10 steps), there is a living room, kitchen, a master bedroom, a balcony, and a Western-style toilet with a bathroom. On the upper floor (with access via approximately 12 steps), there is a sitting area, kitchen, a second master bedroom, and a balcony.
It should be noted that the Iranian-style toilet with a bathroom is located at the beginning of the villa's courtyard. Additionally, this villa has two other bedrooms that are not accessible to guests and are locked.
It is worth mentioning that this villa also has a steam sauna and jacuzzi, which can be used by guests with prior coordination with the host. Also, for the convenience of elderly guests, a lift has been installed at the entrance of the villa.
