این ویلا دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در روستای خاله سرا 57 واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 4 کیلومتر و با شهر اسالم حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار کوتاه و از یک طرف با فنس فلزی کوتاه و درخت کاج محصور شده است و فاقد دروازه ورودی می باشد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق منبع تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
