این ویلا دو خوابه در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای ناظرآباد واقع شده است که حدود 19 کیلومتر با شهر مشهد فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر، جکوزی، میز بیلیارد، فوتبالدستی، ایرهاکی و حیاط دلباز اشاره کرد.
اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور می باشد و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر است، همچنین به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
گفتنی است تنها حمام این ویلا در یکی از اتاق خواب ها قرار دارد.
