The second floor has a game room equipped with a billiards table and foosball, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. On the top floor, there is an open-air sleeping area (bahar khwab) without a door.
The area around the cabin is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and the caretaker also resides on the lower floor of the same building with a separate entrance.
Dear guests can use the supermarket and bakery approximately 5 km away from the unit for their daily needs.
Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is weak for calls and internet, but free Wi-Fi is provided for guests.
It is worth noting that about one kilometer of the road leading to the villa is unpaved and has a relatively steep slope.
