Waterfront Cabin in Abolhasan Abad Sorkhrud - Unit 1

This Swiss cottage, featuring a spacious terrace overlooking the lake, is one of the cottages in a residential complex located in Abolhasan Abad village, approximately 10 kilometers from Sarıkhrud city.
The interior of the cottage is designed such that the lower floor has a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with an Iranian toilet, while the upper floor has a summer bedroom.
Please note that the interior of the cottage does not have cooking facilities, but breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner can be ordered with prior arrangement and an additional fee.
The spacious grounds of this residential complex are enclosed by a wall and are shared with two other cottages, but each cottage has a separate entrance. Additionally, a 24-hour security guard is stationed at the entrance of the complex to ensure safety and security.
Dear guests can use the supermarket, bakery, and restaurant located within the complex area, and the use of the gazebos in the area is also permitted.
By booking this cottage, if coordinated with the host and if there is sufficient lake water, guests will have free use of a pedal boat for half an hour. Horse riding and motorboat use are also available at an additional cost.
The quality of mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
It should be noted that the last 200 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and accessible by car. Guests must park their cars at the entrance of the complex and walk the rest of the way to the cottage.
