The spacious grounds of this residential complex are walled and shared with two other cottages, but each cottage has a separate entrance. Additionally, a 24-hour security guard is stationed at the complex entrance for safety and security.
Guests can use the supermarket, bakery, and restaurant located within the complex grounds, and the use of the gazebos in the area is also permitted.

It should be noted that the last 200 meters leading to the accommodation is a dirt road accessible by car. Guests must park their vehicles at the entrance of the complex and walk the rest of the way to the cottage.
