این ویلا دو خوابه با فاصله چند قدمی از ساحل دریا در روستای خوش آب و هوای کوچک محله واقع شده است که حدود 12 کیلومتر با شهر بندرانزلی فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، فوتبالدستی و بالکن با چشم انداز دریا قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا به سبک شهرکی با نرده آهنی محصور شده است و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری استفاده نمایند.
