این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز و محوطه سازی شده در روستای ویرانی واقع شده است که تا شهر شاندیز حدود 10 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر مشهد حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، جکوزی، آلاچیق، میز فوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی، تاب، میز و صندلی باغی و روف گاردن فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمیها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی با ورودی استخر، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و یک سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی میشود و در طبقه بالا راهرو، سه اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر)، سرویس فرنگی و تراس قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام این ویلا در اتاق خواب مستر تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار در محوطه سکونت دارد، از این رو دروازه ورودی بهصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته میباشد.
