این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه در منطقه بشمن با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از شهر ساحلی و توریستی بندر انزلی واقع شده است.
ویلا مجهز به استخر و میز فوتبال دستی بوده که با حیاط دنج فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس قرار دارد، همچنین ورودی استخر در ایوان تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته به پارکینگ و کوچه اشراف دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
