این خانه مبله یکخوابه با دسترسی حدود 12 پله ای در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی در شهر قم واقع شده است که با حرم حضرت معصومه حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می شود، قابل ذکر است که طبقه سوم ساختمان نیمه کاره بوه و ساخت و سازی در آن انجام نمی شود.
آب مصرفی این منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود که مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
