Shared facilities of this complex include a pleasant courtyard and balcony, a tree cafe, and a gazebo. The complex grounds are walled and equipped with CCTV, and a caretaker unit is also stationed on-site. Please note that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for an additional charge and require prior arrangement with the host. Guests can access a supermarket and bakery within approximately 300 meters. Kindly be aware that the accommodation's tap water is supplied by a well, so guests are advised to bring bottled water.
