این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است با میز فوتبال دستی، در حومه شهر نور واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 200 متر و با شهر نور حدود 2.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی و آشپزخانه می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در نیم طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی با حمام قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتری از ویلا در دسترس است.
