این کلبه یکخوابه مستر در یک مجموعه در روستای طلاجو واقع شده است که تا مرداب هسل حدود 2 کیلومتر و با شهر چالوس حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
این واحد شامل تراس به همراه آشپزخانه، پذیرایی، اتاق خواب مستر و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می‌شود.
با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی، این اقامتگاه می‌تواند انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و عزیزان دارای معلولیت جسمی باشد.
محوطه از دو طرف با پوشش گیاهی، از یک طرف با نرده فلزی و از سمت ورودی فاقد حصار و دروازه ورودی می‌باشد. همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته در حیاط و ورودی کوچه نصب شده است و پرسنل مجموعه در همسایگی سکونت دارند. لازم به ذکر است در همسایگی اقامتگاه ساخت و سازی در حال انجام می‌باشد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 300 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در حدود 200 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به‌صورت جاده سیمانی و قابل تردد با خودرو می‌باشد.
