این ویلای سه خوابه که دو اتاق آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده(به همراه استخر کودک)، سیستم صوتی، میز فوتبال دستی و تراس دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی با آتشدان و چتر سایبان در روستای رامجین از منطقه چهارباغ و با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از کردان قرار دارد.
طراحی ویلا به صورت دو طبقه است به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن نشیمن، سه اتاق خواب(دو خواب مستر) و تراس واقع شده است.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق منبع 4000 لیتری تامین می شود لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود که آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن به همراه داشته باشند.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در همسایگی مستقر می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
