این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه مستر با حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در روستای امام زاده شفیع شهر شاندرمن واقع شده که تا شهر ماسال حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب مستر می باشد و در طبقه بالا اتاق خواب دوم مستر و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط به سبک خانه های روستایی از چهارطرف با فنس و سیم خاردار محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی,قصابی در فاصله حدود 300 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای ایرانسل به صورت 4g ولی برای همراه اول ضعیف می باشد.
گفتنی است که حدود 200 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو است.
