این سوئیت یکخوابه مستر در روستای ملسکام واقع شده است که تا قلعه رودخان حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا شهر فومن حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در مجاورت یک واحد دیگر در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد که در طبقه همکف واحد تجاری می باشد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد، لازم به ذکر است تنها سرویس و حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
