این سوئیت یکخوابه به همراه حیاط خلوت اختصاصی در منطقه حصار علی آباد در شهر همدان واقع شده است.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 45 پله در طبقه چهارم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه و چهار واحدی قرار گرفته است که دروازه ورودی و راه پله بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.
