This two-bedroom house with amenities such as an indoor pool and a spacious green yard with a gazebo, is located on the ground floor of a two-story, two-unit building in the Goyum area, which is about 15 kilometers away from Shiraz.
The house design is such that it has a reception area, a kitchen, a pool, a Persian toilet, two bedrooms, and a Western toilet with a bathroom, accessible via approximately 7 steps. It is worth noting that the only Persian toilet in this unit is on the balcony, and the pool entrance is from the yard.
The area around the house is enclosed by a wall, and the entrance gate and yard are shared with the upstairs unit. Also, for more security, a 24-hour guard resides in the guardhouse located in the compound (next to the entrance door).
