این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در پارسیان واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد، همچنین در انتهای آشپزخانه یک انباری قرار گرفته که درب آن قفل است و در اختیار میزبان می باشد.
اطراف خانه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان که در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد قابل استفاده می باشد.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج ضروری دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری از خانه امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
