Villa with Pool in Shiraz - Ghalat

This two-story, three-bedroom villa features an outdoor pool, foosball table, air hockey, and a spacious, beautifully landscaped yard complete with a gazebo, table and chairs, and a swing and slide for children. It is situated in the pleasant climate region of Qalat, approximately 15 kilometers from the entrance to Shiraz city. The villa's design includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a Western-style bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The upper floor boasts an air hockey and foosball game room, two additional bedrooms, and a balcony. Please note that an Iranian-style toilet with a shower is located in the yard. It is important to mention that the tap water at the accommodation is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, guests are advised to bring their own bottled water. Additionally, the accommodation's fuel is provided via a gas tank. The villa's perimeter is walled and enclosed on all four sides. For daily necessities, guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately one kilometer from the villa. Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Aval (MCI) is good for calls but weak for internet access, while Irancell has no signal. Free Wi-Fi will also be provided to guests. Approximately 100 meters of the access road leading to the accommodation is an unpaved dirt road, accessible by all types of vehicles.
