Villa with Pool in Shiraz - Ghalat

This two-story, three-bedroom villa, with an outdoor pool, foosball table, air hockey, and a spacious, landscaped yard featuring a gazebo, table and chairs, and a swing and slide for children, is located in the pleasant climate region of Qalat, approximately 15 km from the entrance to Shiraz city. The villa is designed such that the lower floor has a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a Western-style bathroom with a shower. The upper floor features a living area, two bedrooms, and a balcony. Please note that an Iranian-style toilet with a shower is located in the yard. It is important to mention that the tap water in the accommodation is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, guests are advised to bring their own bottled water. Additionally, the accommodation's fuel is supplied via a gas tank. The villa's premises are walled and enclosed on all four sides. Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately one kilometer from the villa for their daily needs. Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e-Avval is good for calls but weak for internet access, and Irancell has no signal. Approximately 100 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is an unpaved dirt road, accessible by all types of vehicles.
