این ویلای دو خوابه مستر، در مجاورت چند واحد دیگر در مجموعه ای در روستای نایه واقع شده است که با شهر دستجرد حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر(سرویس فرنگی با حمام) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
در محوطه این مجموعه یک دریاچه مصنوعی با امکان قایق سواری و ماهیگیری، رستوران و کافی شاپ فراهم شده است.
در نظر داشته باشید که استفاده از امکاناتی نظیر قایق، دوچرخه، موتور چهارچرخ و ماهیگیری در فصول خاص با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذیر است.
محوطه مجموعه فاقد دیوار و حصار می باشد ولی نگهبان 24 ساعته در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجموعه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
