این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه که دارای استخر و جکوزی می باشد، با حیاطی محوطه سازی شده در منطقه بهکام ناز واقع شده است که حدود 12 کیلومتر تا کردان و حدود 45 کیلومتر تا ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک خواب مستر، حمام و سرویس فرنگی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اشپزخانه کوچک و اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها سرویس ایرانی ویلا در حیاط قرار دارد، همچنین ویلا دارای اتاق خواب سوم می باشد که قابل استفاده مهمان نیست.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف دیوارکشی شده و محصور است و سرایدار به صورت 24 ساعته در شهرک سکونت دارد که در صورت لزوم در خدمت مهمانان خواهد بود.
به منظور برقراری و حفظ امنیت اقامتگاه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که دروازه ورودی و فضای خیابان را پوشش می دهد.
